Shawn Ball

Shawn Ball is Crystal Clean’s Executive Vice President of Industrial & Technical Services. He is responsible for managing Crystal Clean’s subsidiary, Patriot Environmental Services, which is focused on providing industrial maintenance services. In addition, Shawn manages Crystal Clean’s direct generator commercial strategy, supporting the company’s expanding fixed facility waste treatment network.

Shawn joined Crystal Clean in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and waste services industry. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at ACTEnviro, where he oversaw sales and operations. He has also held sales and operational leadership roles at PSC, Stericycle, and Ingenium.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics & Business Management.

Jill Long

Jill Long is Crystal Clean’s Chief People Officer. She leads the company’s Human Resources organization, with responsibility for talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and people strategy in support of Crystal Clean’s long-term growth.

Jill joined Crystal Clean in 2025 and brings extensive human resources leadership experience, with a background in talent development, organizational design, and building high-performing HR teams. She has a strong track record of aligning people strategy with business objectives and supporting organizations through periods of growth and change.

Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Jill served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at TRADEBE, where she led enterprise-wide HR initiatives supporting a complex, regulated operating environment.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Elmhurst University.

Sandeep Pulavarty

Sandeep Pulavarty is Crystal Clean’s Chief Information Officer. He oversees the company’s Information Technology organization, supporting the scalability, reliability, and security of Crystal Clean’s digital infrastructure to enable long-term growth.

Sandeep joined Crystal Clean in 2025 and brings extensive experience leading information technology organizations across logistics, manufacturing, and energy industries. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise technology transformations, aligned IT strategy with business objectives, and implemented modern technology platforms to support operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Sandeep’s responsibilities include enterprise systems optimization, ERP performance, technology integration across sales and operations, and the development of future-focused digital capabilities to support Crystal Clean’s evolving business needs.

Sandeep holds a Master of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Montana.

Simon Bell

Simon Bell is Crystal Clean’s Executive Vice President of Operations. He has oversight of Crystal Clean facilities, including non-hazardous and hazardous waste facilities, as well as all other operating functions including fleet, logistics, and EHS.

Simon joined Crystal Clean in 2024 and has more than three decades of environmental experience, with a diverse background in operations, strategic planning, permitting, facility build outs, mergers & acquisitions, and P&L management. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer of US Ecology. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University.

Glenn Casbourne

Glenn Casbourne is Crystal Clean’s Vice President of Engineering and Re-Refinery Operations. He is responsible for engineering projects at Crystal Clean’s facilities, as well as overseeing the operation of Crystal Clean’s 75-million gallon per year Oil Re-Refinery.

Glenn joined Crystal Clean in 2009 as Vice President, Engineering and led the design and construction of the Indianapolis Re-Refinery, the second largest of its kind, and assumed operations responsibilities in 2014. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Glenn spent nearly three decades in executive and senior project management capacities with several leading oil and energy companies.

Glenn’s 40 years of experience in the recycling/petrochemical industry began when he started working with SNC-Foster Wheeler in Montreal after earning a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University. Glenn is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Dennis Wolff

Dennis Wolff is Crystal Clean’s Executive VP, Chief Commercial Officer. He oversees the sales and operations of more than 90 Crystal Clean branches across the USA.

Dennis joined Crystal Clean in 2014 as Vice President of Business Management before becoming Vice President of Sales and has been a key leader in helping the company achieve continued positive revenue growth year over year. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, Dennis spent his career in investment banking, managing mergers and acquisitions in the industrial space for various Fortune 50 companies.

Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Mark DeVita

Mark DeVita is Crystal Clean’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, tax, information technology, procurement, and real estate functions at Crystal Clean.

Before taking on the role of CFO, Mark served as Vice President of Business Management & Marketing in 2011. Mark has been with the company since 2000 and held several key positions related to business management, finance, and acquisitions. With more than 25 years of industrial and hazardous waste industry experience, Mark has taken the lead in developing multi-million-dollar lines of business for the company.

Mark holds a bachelors with Honors in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Mark also earned his CPA and worked in public accounting for 4 years before joining Crystal Clean.

Brian Recatto

Brian Recatto is President and CEO of Crystal Clean and has served on its board of directors since 2012. Before being named CEO in February 2017, Brian served as President of U.S. Operations for Gibson Energy, Inc., one of the largest independent midstream energy companies in Canada, and a major U.S. crude oil logistics operator.

Brian joined Gibson through its acquisition of OMNI Energy Services, where he served in several executive positions during his 13-year career with OMNI, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Gibson, he was President of Charles Holston, Inc., a waste management and environmental cleaning company, from 2004 to 2007.

Brian also spent seven years with Philip Services Corporation, where he served in various operating and executive positions, including roles as General Manager of Gulf Coast Waste Operations, Senior Vice President By-Products Service Group, and President of Industrial Services. He joined Philip Services Corporation through its acquisition of Meklo, Inc., where he had served as President for six years.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.
