Simon Bell is Crystal Clean’s Executive Vice President of Operations. He has oversight of Crystal Clean facilities, including non-hazardous and hazardous waste facilities, as well as all other operating functions including fleet, logistics, EHS, and industrial services.
Simon joined Crystal Clean in 2024 and has more than three decades of environmental experience, with a diverse background in operations, strategic planning, permitting, facility build outs, mergers & acquisitions, and P&L management. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer of US Ecology. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University.
