Extend Coolant Life
Precise, efficient CNC machining depends on contaminant-free coolant. As coolant is used, tramp oils accumulate and particulates build up, degrading the coolant’s cooling and lubricating properties, reducing tool life, and compromising part finish. Crystal Clean’s Aqua Filtration System (AFS) is designed to combat that degradation and extend the usable life of your cutting fluid.
AFS units filter coolant down to one micron and continuously separate tramp oils introduced through normal CNC operations, maintaining coolant purity far longer than without filtration. The result is more consistent cooling performance, extended tool life, better part finish, and a simpler disposal process when the coolant does eventually need to be changed.
The system is fully automated and requires no operator attention during use. Crystal Clean service representatives handle maintenance during regularly scheduled visits to ensure the AFS unit is performing as expected.
