Crystal Clean operates more than 120 service branches, industrial services facilities, and waste recovery centers serving the continental United States. It’s waste recovery centers include an oil re-refinery, multiple wastewater treatment and non-hazardous waste processing facilities, several antifreeze recovery centers, and a hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility.

Dedicated to Sustainability
In today’s world, it matters how waste is disposed. Crystal Clean is committed to sustainable waste recovery operations, utilizing new ways to recycle and reuse waste using modern technology. The vast majority of the oil collected is sent to Crystal Clean’s state-of-the-art oil re-refinery to be re-refined into high-quality Group II base oils, co-product fuels, and vacuum tower asphalt extender.
Our re-refinery is permitted to process up to 75 million gallons of used oil per year and contains a specialized laboratory to ensure our re-refined oil meets or exceeds industry standards. The remaining oil we collect is disposed at one of our several oil depots in a waste-to-energy program.
