Shawn Ball is Crystal Clean’s Senior Vice President of Industrial Services. He is responsible for leading the company’s industrial services operations, including non-hazardous processing facilities, hazardous waste facilities, and the Patriot Group, as well as overseeing commercial strategy and sales for fixed facilities.
Shawn joined Crystal Clean in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and waste services industry. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at ACTEnviro, where he oversaw sales and operations. He has also held sales and operational leadership roles at PSC, Stericycle, and Ingenium.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics & Business Management.
