Shawn Ball is Executive Vice President of Industrial & Technical Services at Crystal Clean, responsible for leading operations and driving commercial strategy for the company’s Patriot Environmental brand.
Shawn joined Crystal Clean in 2025 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and waste services industry. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at ACTEnviro, where he oversaw sales and operations. He has also held sales and operational leadership roles at PSC, Stericycle, and Ingenium.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics & Business Management.
