Ernesto Bautista, III is Crystal Clean’s Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the accounting, finance, treasury, legal, and corporate development functions at Crystal Clean.
Ernesto joined Crystal Clean in 2026 and brings more than 28 years of financial leadership and corporate strategy experience across publicly traded and private-equity-backed organizations. Prior to joining Crystal Clean, he served as EVP, CFO, and Treasurer for BJ Energy Solutions and Vericor Power Systems. He has also held senior leadership roles at CARBO Ceramics, W-H Energy Services, and KTW Ventures.
Ernesto holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Rice University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
