Multi-Purpose Cleaner for Automated Washers

Mirachem® Alkaline Cabinet Wash is a unique cleaning product formulation designed specifically for automated parts washing applications, including use in top and front-loaded cabinet washers, pass thru units, conveyorized machines and other automatic spray cleaning equipment. This product’s surfactant technology does not foam, making it ideal for equipment that operates at high spray pressure, with limited reservoir headspace, variable temperature or other factors that promote excessive foaming. Alkaline Cabinet Wash has no VOC’s and a pH of 11 at use dilution. This product is an excellent alternative to solvents, high caustic and high alkaline cleaners.

Heavy Duty Cleaner for Automated Washers

Mirachem® Alkaline Powder HD is a heavy-duty cleaner / degreaser designed specifically for use in automated spray cleaning equipment, including front- and top-loaded cabinet washers and pass thru units. This safe and effective powder formulation allows for cleaning of tough organic soils from most surfaces, including, when used properly, aluminum and other sensitive metals.

Mirachem Alkaline Powder HD’s powerful cleaning technology does not foam, making it ideal for equipment that operates at high spray pressure, with limited reservoir headspace, variable temperature or other factors that promote excessive foaming. This long-lasting product is a low-VOC cleaner, and is an excellent alternative to caustic chemistries that are prone to generating white, alkaline buildup.

Mirachem® Pressroom Cleaner is a water-based cleaner developed to remove ink and other organic soils in newspaper, lithographic, and flexographic pressrooms. The product can be used to quickly and easily clean inks from printing equipment and tools, including blankets, anilox rolls, rails, spray bars, pans, trays, gates, and mist guards, and has been engineered for use in high-volume printing operations to remove water, solvent, or soy-based inks.

Pressroom Cleaner can be used in multiple on and off press cleaning applications, including blanket and roller washing, press maintenance and rebuilding, parts washing, and general cleaning, and can be used in several cleaning methods including manual parts washing, agitation equipment, and hand wipe.

Heavy Duty Carbon Remover

Mirachem® QX-231 is a water-based carbon remover and degreaser for use in soak tanks, agitating parts washers or ultrasonic cleaners. This product is designed to remove carbon, oils and greases commonly found in heavy duty industrial cleaning applications. QX-231 may be used at ambient temperatures or heated to 160ºF for improved cleaning.

Mirachem® QX-300 Cleaner/Degreaser is a no-VOC, low foam, low temperature product designed for use in both manual and automated parts washers, as well as Crystal Clean’s leading edge Model 2725 & 2740 combination parts cleaning units. Mirachem QX-300 safely removes organic soils from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as other surfaces.
