Do More With Less

  • Automated, High Efficiency Parts Cleaner
  • Precision Cleaning for Small and Large Parts
  • Simple to Use, Minimal Training Required
  • Safer, Environmentally Friendly Cleaning

Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC (HCC) proudly presents our exclusive, automated ultrasonic parts cleaner designed for in-depth precision cleaning of dirty parts in an environmentally friendly process. This programmable, high efficiency cleaner takes what once were hours-long, labor intensive cleaning efforts and speeds up the process to take as little as 15 minutes.

An ultrasonic parts cleaner utilizes ultrasonic vibrations to break down contamination at the molecular level. Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid. The high-speed agitation allows an aqueous solution to clean every inch of a part

Coupled with the advanced chemistry of our powerful Mirachem aqueous solutions, this cleaner breaks down soils in every nook and cranny. Applying an additional disinfecting step after an ultrasonic cleaning offers a level of safety in cleaning like no other system, ensuring the health of workers who come in contact with the cleaned parts.
