Mirachem® QX-424 Newspaper Pressroom & Maintenance Cleaner delivers exceptional cleaning performance with advanced safety and material compatibility benefits. QX-424 has been engineered to be used in multiple on and off press cleaning applications, including blankets, anilox rollers, rails, spray bars, pans, trays, gates, and mist guards. It has been engineered primarily for use in web offset and other high-volume printing operations. QX-424 delivers superior performance in removing water, solvent, or soy- based inks, and is most effective on inks that are quickset, heatset, or dry by absorption. It is also effective on UV- and EB-cured inks. QX-424 is designed to be used in several cleaning methods, including manual parts cleaners, agitation units, soaking tanks, hand wipe, and floor cleaning.
