Chris Gordon

Chris Gordon is Heritage-Crystal Clean’s Vice President of Human Resources and leads the company’s HR division to build a strong, employee-empowered culture throughout the organization. He is also responsible for improving and establishing new training programs throughout the company that enhance the engagement and professional development of all employees.

Chris joined Crystal Clean in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in human resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Miami and has a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University.
